Jessica Biel has one of the most fit & coveted bodies out there. Who doesn't want a round lifted butt like hers? The exercises to get a bootylicious bum are not as complicated as you may think, and her favorite exercise for her toned butt is walking lunges. The key is consistency & sweat! Jessica Biel also swears by Yoga. She says it keeps her long and lean & tries to do Yoga twice a week. 

Here are her favorite tips and exercises for a great butt:

  • Train Hard – to build your butt muscles, do simple military type exercises with weights for resistance. This video demonstrates five exercises that help target your gluteus maximus and the surrounding supporting muscles:

  • Walking Lunges with two 10 pound weights to work your gluts, hamstrings and quads
  • Ballerina Plies with or without resistance bands to work your gluts, inner and outer thighs.
  • Slow Squats with 10 pound weights to work your gluts
  • Stability Ball Bridges to work your gluts, hips and abs
  • Stability Ball Leg Raises to work your glutes
